Free Initial Programming

Both dealers and consumers alike may take advantage of either Unlimited FREE Initial Remote Programming or Limited FREE Initial Technical Support.  Here’s how it works:

1.      UNLIMITED FREE INITIAL REMOTE PROGRAMMING:
When you purchase a complete Panasonic KX-TA (has built-in RMU), KX-TDE, KX-NCP Telephone System or a complete KX-TVA series Voice Mail System from KX-TD.COM along with the appropriate RMUs (Remote Maintenance Units), we will provide your INITIAL programming remotely – regardless how long it takes and all at no additional charge.  In most cases, the phone system and voice mail system each take us approximately 90 minutes to program.  Remote Programming is by far, the fastest and most efficient solution to achieving a perfect configuration. Our RMU is also a great way to keep your investment up-to-date since we are able to update most, if not all of the firmware updates as they are released.
 

2.      LIMITED FREE INITIAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
When you purchase a complete Panasonic KX-TDE, KX-NCP Telephone System or a complete KX-TVA series Voice Mail System from KX-TD.COM but decline the RMUs (Remote Maintenance Units), we can only assist you with Technical Support.  Depending on your skill level, this could take 30 minutes or 3 hours. Since only you know your skill level, we must place a time limit of 90 minutes of FREE Technical Support, which is often the same amount of time we would have spent, had we done your programming for you - had you opted for the RMUs.

With either option, you may also purchase ongoing Technical Support, Programming Services or Reprogramming Services after the FREE Initial period expires. This gives you an inexpensive way to make modifications as your business grows.

Dealers and do-it-yourselfers, please be sure to note that additional technical support is also available. 

Our current rate for this service is only $59 per hour for customers who have purchased their telephone system or voicemail from KX-TD.com, and $99 per hour for non-KX-TD.com customers. Technical support is used in 15-minute increments and any unused time is saved for future use.
