- There is only one KX-TD.com, and this is the official KX-TD.com website. We do not send unsolicited e-mail (spam) promoting products
or services. Any operator that does, especially under the guise of KX-TD.com, is not legitimate.
- There are a number of "gray market" and "black market" websites that are selling Panasonic telephone systems from dubious
origin. Many of these systems are used/refurbished and/or foreign versions of our systems. These systems are often
outdated, partially or fully incompatible, in poor condition, and almost always not covered by warranty.
- There are websites that make promises to consumers that are, at best, an exaggeration. As always, be cautious of claims that seem too good to be true.

- Contact the website sales department by phone. Make certain that the person you speak to is
very knowledgeable about the products that they are purportedly selling.
- As previously stated, protect yourself by avoiding deals that seem too good to be true. Many of these deals include equipment from questionable
origin, and/or used and refurbished goods.
- Trust your instincts. If it does not feel right, walk away.
