1.
There is only one KX-TD.com, and this is the
official KX-TD.com website. We do not send unsolicited e-mail
(spam) promoting products or services. Any operator that does,
especially under the guise of KX-TD.com, is not legitimate.
2.
There are a number of "gray market" and "black
market" websites that are selling Panasonic telephone systems from
dubious origin. Many of these systems are
used/refurbished
and/or foreign versions of our systems. These systems are
often outdated,
partially or fully incompatible, in poor condition, and almost always
not covered by
warranty.
3.
There are websites that
make promises to consumers that are, at best, an exaggeration. As
always, be cautious of claims that seem too good to be true.

 |
1.
Contact the website's sales department by phone. Make certain
that the person you speak to is very knowledgeable about the products
that they are
purportedly selling.
2.
As previously stated, protect yourself by avoiding deals that seem too
good to be true. Many of these "deals" include
equipment from questionable origin, and/or used and refurbished goods.
3.
Trust your instincts. If it does not feel right, walk away.

If you feel
that you may have been treated
unfairly by a dealer, or if you suspect that a website is offering
used or refurbished Panasonic KX-TD series telephone systems as new,
we recommend that you contact the Consumer Protection Division of
Panasonic. |
